Thames Ironworks - the casting shop

This is the side of the foundry where molten metal is poured into moulds, to make metal parts for ships, steam engines, and other machines. There are about 15 workers in waistcoats and shirtsleeves, wearing caps. The man in the suit, overcoat and bowler hat is the foreman. He can sack any man in the room on the spot.
