Description: The SS 'Wandle' passing Blackfriars Bridge on her maiden voyage on 30 October 1932. She carried coal - up to 2,220 tons - for the Wandsworth and District Gas Company, and made regular journeys between the North East and the Company's gasworks at Wandsworth. She was the third vessel to use this name.
