Title: A waterline model of Brunel's Great Britain (1843).

Description: The world's first large iron steamship, Brunel's 'Great Britain', was the first screw-driven iron ship to cross the Atlantic. At nearly 1930 tons when she was launched, she was the largest ship afloat. She was launched at the Great Western Dockyard in Bristol.
