Description: The Swedish Lloyd passenger ferry 'Suecia' (1929, 4216 GRT) manoeuvring off the Tilbury Passenger Landing Stage in May 1955. A sister ship to the 'Britannia', she was built by Swan Hunter and carried 265 passengers on the Gothenburg - Tilbury - London route. Laid up in 1939, she returned in 1946. She was sold to the Hellenic Mediterranean Lines in 1966, and was broken up in 1972.Short sea passenger vessel 'Suecia' (1929)
