| Description: Race horses arriving in London from Singapore on the P&O cargo liner 'Soudan' (1948) in 1958. The horses were the property of the 1st Battalion, King's Dragoon Guards, who had just finished their two-year tour of duty in Malaya. The horses were bound for Tidworth in Wiltshire, where they would await the return of the rest of the battalion and its horses. |
