| Description: K3 was Kendall's third device and was made for £100. It was taken by James Cook on his final voyage of discovery in the Pacific and by George Vancouver to the north west coast of America. Like K2, the watch did not perform as well as K1, based on Harrison's original. After this final failed attempt to simplify Harrison's design, Kendall began to follow the work of John Arnold instead. |
