Description: The P&O steamer 'Shannon' (1881, 4189 GRT) in a photograph from 1894. She made regular trips from London to India. During the census of 1901, she was in the Royal Victoria Dock. This must have been one of her last appearances in London; she was scrapped in Bombay later that year.
