Description: The General Steam Navigation Company's pleasure steamer 'Royal Daffodil' (1939, 2060 GRT) in the West India Docks in September 1963. Built by William Denny & Brothers, she made seven trips to Dunkirk in 1940 and rescued 9500 troops. After the war, she ran pleasure trips to France until 1966. She was broken up in the Netherlands in the following year.
