Description: The facade of the Peninsular & Orient Steam Navigation Company's passenger office at 15 and 16 Cockspur Street, London SW1. From here, passengers could book their holiday or one-way ticket to a vast number of destinations east of Britain. A traditional bastion of the Empire and Commonwealth, the very Englishness of P&O made it a firm favourite among sea travellers for over 150 years.
