Description: This print is entitled ''Ramona', Captain R Major. Novel spectacle on the River'. At the foot of this print there is an inscription that begins 'On Saturday morning the 'Ramona' steam vessel was towed up the river to St Catherine's Dock Wharf by two other steamers, with a cargo of fifty large and stately orange trees on board'. The St Katharine Docks were opened in 1828, and were designed by Thomas Telford.
