| Description: This empty alley leads to Greenwich Market. There is an advert for bicycles standing from one building and there is a pub further down the lane. There has been a market in Greenwich since a royal charter established it in 1849. The motto "a false balance is abomination to the Lord but a just weight is his delight" is inscribed above one of the entrances into the market place. |
