| Description: St Mary-le-Bow Church in the City of London. This was the church with the famous 'Bow Bells'. Traditionally, only those born within the sound of the bells could regard themselves as true Cockneys.
The church was destroyed in an air raid during the Second World War, built was rebuilt in the 1950s. |
