Title: Dockers' march during the strike of July 1923.
Description: Striking dockers enter the East India Dock Road from Cotton Street during the 1923 strike. They were marching for better pay and working conditions. The employers had proposed a reduction in wages from 8s to 5s 6d for the four-hour minimum employment period.
