| Description: The church of St Olav, in St Olav's Square, Rotherhithe. Built in 1927, this replaced the Ebenezer Chapel as the Norwegian Seamen's Church. With the closure of the inner London docks, Norwegian seamen no longer walk the streets of Rotherhithe, but the church remains at the heart of the wider Norwegian community in London. |
