A pronoun is a word used instead of a noun. Use a pronoun instead
of saying a noun twice. Here are some pronouns

Use these pronouns after a verb, or after a word of place or time.
Use me when you talk about yourself. "Please
help me read this letter."
Use me when you write about someone talking about
themselves.
