Title: Foundation stone of the Officers' Annexe to the former Scandinavian Seamen's Hostel.
Description: The foundation stone of the Officers' Annexe to the Scandinavian Seamen's Temperance Hostel. This was completed in 1903, and offered accommodation to ships' officers visiting the port of London. It stood alongside the main Temperance Hostel in Garford Street, near the West India Docks.
